Do I need to be home for delivery?
No, as long as we have clear access to your porch and can set up while you are away.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Our recommendation is to book as soon as you are interested. we have a limited number of days to deliver and our growers sell out pretty quickly.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the wichita area. if you live outside of wichita, a small delivery fee will apply at checkout.
Do I need to put up my dogs?
Yes, for the safety of all involved, please have pets put up for the duration of the set-up.
What if I have a gate or security system?
If your property has a gate, locked entry, or security system, please let us know in advance so we can arrange access. You can share a temporary code, leave written instructions, or choose to be available during installation.
How long does installation take?
For most packages we can have everything set up and ready within 30-60 minutes.
How do I care for my display?
most everything is low maintenance and is meant to be in the weather. However, live plants will need to be watered consistenly (every 1-2 days) depending upon if they are in the sun or not.
